£aster Camp 2026 timetable and training plan has been sent out from Coach Tim.

Easter camp at Monmouth 6-10 April

The camp runs from 6-10 April from 0900-1600.

Please bring plenty of good quality food.

Please also bring a lot of kit each day. Prepare for sun, rain, wind and snow. Always be ready for land training as the weather can turn quickly.

We are going to run through-

Water skills

Mentoring skills.

Heart Rate monitor usage (the boat club has purchased them for squad usage).

Core training (Balance, hip rock)

Hybrid weight training.

Setting angles on boats.

Battery testing (7 str max, 250m sprint, 1k r 24).
